Online Reservations for School Groups

Book your visit conveniently online. The booking process takes just a few steps and secures your group’s desired time slot.

Important Information

• Group admission covers all exhibitions - except for the Children’s Museum and “Big Emotions.” To register a group for the Children’s Museum or “Big Emotions,” please contact Visitor Services (service@dhmd.de / Tel. 0351 4846 400)
• If you would like to book a guided tour or a workshop with a school group, please contact Visitor Services. Online reservations are only available for school groups that wish to visit the museum without a guided tour.

After booking

• You will receive a confirmation email.
• Please bring the confirmation with you on the day of your visit.
• Present the confirmation at the museum ticket office to check in.
• Payment is made on site based on the actual number of participants (cash or card).
• You will receive your tickets at the museum ticket office.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
Rescheduling is not possible. If you would like a different appointment time, please first cancel your existing booking and then make a new reservation.

Changes or rebookings are not possible. Please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.

What happens if there aren’t enough ticketsavailable?
Select additional time slots and add them to your cart as well.

Is there a maximum group size?
Only a limited number of seats are available per time slot. If you need more seats, please book additional time slots.

Is my reservation binding?
Once the booking is complete, we will reserve the seats for your group on a binding basis.
